Cook

Find an Ayurvedic website and try out some food or tea recipes. Boil half a litre of water and to a teapot add 1-2 teaspoons of cumin seeds, 1-2 teaspoons of fennel seeds and 1 tablespoon of coriander seeds. Steep for 5-10 minutes and drink.

Nourish

Vata types need to nourish their minds and bodies. Warming foods are great; avoid cold salads on cold days or cold drinks as these will dampen your digestive fire. Nourish your mind by surrounding yourself with kindness. Open Eye Candle Meditation is great if you're feeling vulnerable.

Consider keeping a seasonal change diary to be more aware of the effects seasons have on you.
