People often feel that if their skin is dry or rough they need more moisture. However, what the skin may actually need is exfoliation. If we over-moisturise without regular exfoliation, dead skin cells start to buildup creating what feels like dry skin. Gentle exfoliation primes the skin, so that nourishing & moisturising oils can effectively penetrate & soften the skin.

To exfoliate: In your hand or small bowl, add 1/2 a scoop of powder & mix with water to create a light paste.Apply to damp skin with your fingers, massage gently using upward circular motions.  Never scrub or drag your precious skin. Rinse well with tepid water, follow with Rasasara moisturising routine.

Create a healing & stimulating mask:
Mix 2 scoops of exfoliant with water & organic honey or crushed strawberries. Leave on for 10–20 mins. During this time use your breath to reconnect with your entire body. Spritzing with Rasasara aromatic hydrating mist keeps mask active. Gently remove with tepid water.
