Directions: Apply generously by hand to the entire body using vigorous circular motions for kapha; steady for pitta & gentle for vata, moving along the limbs, up towards the heart. Use this meditative time to focus on the breath & repeat the mantra Ham Sa meaning "I Am Divine". Rinse off under a warm to hot shower to remove toxins & reveal freshly scented, lustrous skin.
