Ordering

How can I order Rasasara products online?

Its easy!  Simply navigate through the products and when you find the products you wish to order, hit the “add to cart” button.  This will begin filling your shopping cart.  You can view your cart contents at anytime by clicking on the “View Basket” button on the top right navigation bar.

Why does the shopping cart $ appear different to the amount shown on the product webpage?

The price shown next to the product is the RRP including GST.  The shopping cart shows GST exclusive pricing with 10% GST added as a single item at the end of your shopping cart invoice.

What if I don’t want to continue ordering something?

If you have not proceeded to the checkout and completed the payment, you can either remove any unnecessary items from your shopping cart or simply close the shopping cart window if you no longer wish to proceed.

How do I pay for my Rasasara products? 

Rasasara Skinfoods accepts credit card payments or you may use PayPal to securely process payments.

Delivery

What is the delivery timeframe?

Once we receive your order and payment, your selection of products will be wrapped and shipped to you as quickly as possible.  We use Express Post within Australia.  This allows us to track and monitor the delivery of your goods but also ensures it reaches you as quickly as possible.
