Autumn has arrived in Melbourne Victoria, Australia . It appears to have come out of nowhere… In reality the vata energy of Autumn has increased as Pitta has declined. It’s time to add more pungent spices & vegetables to your diet which will both cleanse & begin warming the interior of your body, preparing it for the cooler months of winter. If you live in Melbourne you’ll notice the light has changed from the warm golden glow of summer to a metallic white. You can also eat more white foods now too. Increase your intake of potato/ rice/onion/garlic/parsnips/daikon. Also note the addition of pungent vegetables which have medicinal qualities like garlic/ ginger/ spring onion will help protect you against change of season flus & gastro intestinal bugs.. If your a vata type include more ghee in your cooking of these vegetables, to help decrease their vata increasing qualities as the weather gets cooler… Autumn skincare update coming soon

Want to know how you can also use Rasasara to promote thicker, glossier, healthier hair??? The healing properties of our natural organic oils & floral water mists are just as healing & nourishing for hair, as for skin. After moisturising with the Face Nourishing Oil & Aromatic Mist, work any excess product from hands into dry hair to replenish & boost all-day moisture. Apply to damp hair before bl…ow drying, to protect precious locks from the dangers of heat styling – only the smallest amount is needed. Work especially through ends of your hair to prevent split ends & brilliant shine. If your Summer hair is feeling especially dry & looking lacklustre, comb through damp hair as an overnight treatment & wash out next morning for soft, silky hair. The Aromatic Mist can also be used alone to add much needed hydration & add manageability to dry lifeless hair. Use it to refresh your blow dry or hair style! ♥ RS

Rasasara Beauty Ritual Mantras: ‘Ham-Sa’ (in Sanskrit means ‘I AM That’)

A mantra is a powerful word, sound or phrase repeated in unison with the breath, to bring ourselves into the present moment through the simple act of awareness through its repetition.

Incorporating the mantra ‘Ham-Sa’ into your daily skincare rituals, helps you to reconnect with your divine inner beauty – or the Divinity t…hat resides within you, as you.

The Yogis say that Ham-Sa is the most natural mantra, the one we were given by the Creator before birth. It is the sound of our own breath – ‘Ham’ on the inhale, ‘Sa’ on the exhale. ‘Ham’ is pronounced softly & openly like “hahhhm”, which rhymes with “calm”. ‘Sa’ rhymes with “aahhhhh”, like a calm relaxing sigh which comes from a place of deep inner peace from within us.

As you cleanse, tone & hydrate, quietly repeat this mantra joined with the breath, softly smile with your face & inside your mind also. Whilst repeating ‘Ham-Sa’ & smiling with the breath, become aware of the Divine natural beauty that you are honouring as you perform your daily skincare rituals.

Beyond our beauty rituals, as long as we live, every time we breathe in or out, we are repeating this mantra ‘Ham-Sa’ which means I AM That, I AM Divine, I AM with the Creator, I AM not separate, I AM not alone, I AM not this limited illusion of an individual, I AM the most exquisite manifestation of Life expressing itself creatively through Me.

Keep honouring your Divine beauty through Rasasara beauty rituals…’Ham-Sa’
